About the project

Renovation works at PWD Bhaban in Segunbagicha: the Public Works Department’s own building, renovated for the government’s own engineers, without closing it for a single day.

Work was phased around office hours, dust and noise were contained, and each area was handed back in use before the next was taken.

What we provided

The scope delivered under this package.

Interior renovation: Partitions, ceilings, finishes and joinery, phased area by area.

Facade repair and repaint: External repair and repaint without closing entrances.

Waterproofing: Roof and wet-area details renewed and tested.

Handover file: Condition surveys, daily records and sign-offs compiled for PWD.

The outcome

The bhaban never closed. The client’s own engineers watched every stage and accepted the handover area by area.
