About

About the project

On the stretch of MRT Line-6 from Uttara North to Agargaon we work at two levels, under Italian-Thai Development for DMTCL: up on the station platforms, where rain protection glazing and Z-louvers close the platform frame against the weather, and down at street level, where SS-304 railings and new paving give the footpath back to pedestrians.

Platform work is fitted into agreed windows at operating stations. Street work is sectioned so pedestrians never lose the route: each stretch is barriered, built, inspected and handed back before the next is taken.

Evidence for
Delivery

How we delivered it

Discuss a package like this
01 Approved details before site work

Glazing, louver and railing details entered site through reviewed submissions. Nothing was fixed before its drawing was approved.

02 Platform work in agreed windows

Elements were fabricated off-site and fixed in low-traffic windows, so passengers kept using every station.

03 Street work in sections

Barriers and flag control held each footpath section while traffic and pedestrians passed within metres.

04 Inspected and recorded section by section

Each station and each footpath length was signed off and filed before the crews moved on.

Outcome

Platforms protected from the weather and the footpath rebuilt beneath them, with the stations operating and the route open throughout, every section signed off by the engineer.
